We at MWC LLC. d/b/a DJ's Pro Audio Services (“DJ's Pro Audio Services”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our Customers and their Personnel. This Privacy Notice describes the types of Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from you when you visit our website (“Site”) and/or use our Platform or App (collectively, the “Services”), as well as the ways in which we collect, process, transfer, store, and disclose such Personal Data. It also describes how you may control certain uses of the Personal Data.

Our Role
Data Processor: When we collect, process, and manage Personal Data in the context of providing Services to our business customers who accepted our Terms or otherwise entered into an agreement with us (“Customers”), the Customer is the data controller with respect to such Personal Data, and we are the data processor. This includes Personal Data uploaded to our Platform/App by our Customers’ employees, service providers, and independent contractors (“Customer Data”). This Privacy Notice, which describes DJ's Pro Audio Services’s independent privacy and data processing practices as a “data controller”, does not apply to the processing of Customer Data (unless otherwise specifically stated). Such processing is detailed here for completeness and informational purposes only. If you have any questions or requests regarding Customer Data, please contact your Account Owner directly.
Controller: When we process the Personal Data of Prospects and Users (excluding Customer Data, as detailed above) in their use of our Services, as specified under Section 11 of this Privacy Notice, we are the data controller.

1. Personal Data We Collect, Uses, and Legal Basis
Depending on the ways in which you use our Services, we collect different types of Personal Data, and we, along with any of our third-party contractors and service providers, use the Personal Data for different business and commercial purposes, as specified below. 1.2 Account Owners, Administrators, & Employees
If you are an Account Owner, Administrator, or Employee using the Platform or an App, we collect the following types of Personal Data:
1.2.1 Registration Data
What Personal Data We Collect: If you are an Account Owner, you must register and provide Personal Data such as your full name, email address, and phone number. Administrators and Employees may also provide job titles and profile pictures.
How We Use This Data & Legal Basis:
- To provide access to our Services and respond to inquiries (Performance of a Contract).
- To prevent fraud and maintain security (Legitimate Interest).
1.2.2 Payment Data
What Personal Data We Collect: If you make a payment, we collect data such as the last four digits of your credit card and the cardholder's name.
How We Use This Data & Legal Basis: To process payments (Performance of a Contract) and prevent fraud (Legitimate Interest).

What Personal Data We Collect: Data from support requests, surveys, testimonials, and other forms of interaction.
How We Use This Data & Legal Basis:

2. Communications
2.1 Service Communications
We may send you service-related communications, including service announcements and administrative messages (such as registration confirmations, log-in attempts, or password reset attempts). Please note that you will not be able to opt out of receiving certain communications that are integral to the operation and use of our Services (e.g., password resets).
2.2 Promotional Communications
If you are an Account Owner or Administrator, we may use your Personal Data to let you know about our products and services that we believe will be of interest to you. We may contact you by email or through other communication channels approved by you. We will always respect your preferences regarding how/whether you would like us to communicate with you. To ensure you have control over how we contact you with marketing offers:
- We will take steps to limit direct marketing to a reasonable level and only send you communications that we believe may be of interest or relevance to you.

3.1 Customers and Other Users
If you are an Employee, Account Owner, or Administrator, we may disclose your Personal Data to the Customer (or any individual acting on their behalf, e.g., an Account Owner or Administrator) with whom your account is associated, in our capacity as a “data processor.” This includes Personal Data such as usage information, chats, IP address, or geo-location collected on behalf of the Customer. Other Users within the account may also access some of your Personal Data depending on the account settings.
3.2 Affiliates
We may disclose information, including your Personal Data, to our affiliates and subsidiaries (existing now or in the future).
3.3 Service Providers and Subcontractors
We disclose Personal Data to trusted service providers and subcontractors who use such data on our behalf for purposes including:
- Helping us provide the Services.
- Improving and optimizing our offerings.
- Conducting ad measurement and delivering advertisements.
- Providing IT administration, data backup, and storage services.
3.4 Service Integrations
Our Customers may integrate third-party services with our Services. Depending on the integration, these third-party providers may receive or share certain data, including Personal Data. The processing of such data is governed by the agreements between the Customer and the third-party provider.
3.5 Change of Control or Business Interests
Should DJ's Pro Audio Services undergo a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, your Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant parties involved. Personal Data may also be disclosed in the event of insolvency or to protect legitimate business interests.

We may delete information from our systems without notice to you once it is no longer necessary for these purposes.
5.2. In some circumstances, we may store your Personal Data for longer periods of time, such as to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, or accounting requirements. We may also retain data if we believe there is a prospect of litigation or for accurate record-keeping. The retention period is determined by the nature and sensitivity of the data, potential risks, processing purposes, and applicable legal requirements.
5.3. With respect to data within our Services for which we serve as data processors (see “Materials You Upload” in Section 1.2.4), we retain such data as directed by the Customer. For example, archived data related to Employees may be retained until deleted by the Customer. For any inquiries regarding this data, please contact the Customer directly.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and other technologies to provide and monitor our Services and Site, ensure their proper functionality, analyze performance, and personalize your experience. 7. Controller/Processor

7.3. DJ's Pro Audio Services is the data processor of:
- Materials Uploaded by Users
- Employees’ Registration Data
- Geo-Location Data submitted by Customers
We process this data on behalf of our Customers (the data controllers) and follow their instructions, subject to our Terms, Data Processing Addendum, and other agreements.
7.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our Services complies with applicable laws, including providing adequate notice to and obtaining consent from individuals whose Personal Data is processed.
7.5. For requests or queries regarding Personal Data we process on behalf of Customers, including accessing, correcting, or deleting data, please contact the relevant Customer’s Account Owner or Administrator directly.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If you become aware of such data collection without parental permission, please notify us immediately.
9. Changes to the Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice periodically to reflect legal requirements or changes in our operations. Updates will be posted on this webpage. For material changes, we will notify you via our Site, Services, or email.
